Bible Quilt Templates

If you'd like to do a #biblequiltjournal page on a certain passage, you may want to select a template with enough quilt blocks for each verse.

This template has 16 spaces, which works well for this passage from Matthew 6.

I added washi tape as a border around the whole page, using its colors as my color palette for markers and other embellishments.

I guesstimated the amount of space needed for each verse and highlighted a couple in the circles.

If you're focused on praying character traits over someone, the honeycomb template is a great way to encourage some on how to "bee."

Or you could create a page as a personal reminder for how you want to "bee" more Christ-like in your everyday actions. 💛

I did this particular template several years ago before I had a stash of bee stickers. You could have fun embellishing it with a honey/bee theme. 🐝

In 2022 we did a monthly series on the Armor of God. I wanted to have a page in my Original BQ as well, so I added a template to it.

Some time later...

I pulled out this partial page to finish it up.

Sometimes our unfinished pages are a great foundation to start again.

I'm enjoying adapting various BQ templates to use as aids to help me memorize scripture this year.

Our accountability group is memorizing Philippians 2:5-11 in May, so I looked through my templates to choose one with the spacing I need for 7 verses.

I'm realizing I often seek out the ones with banners because they're handy for titles. 😉
