Bible Quilt Templates

Sometimes if you're feeling uninspired for a large element on a BQ template, you can invite a kiddo to do the coloring for you.

This was a page I was doing in my son's #biblequiltjournal, so I invited him to color it before I begain adding verses to to it. He made it SO much more interesting than I would have!

I love how his unique coloring pattern truly personalized the page!

So, whether it's your own BQ pages, a family member's BQJ, or even the BQ calendar, consider inviting a coloring buddy to help you on a page. You'll enjoy the shared time together and end up with a beautiful collaboration!

If you'd like to do a #biblequiltjournal page on a certain passage, you may want to select a template with enough quilt blocks for each verse.

This template has 16 spaces, which works well for this passage from Matthew 6.

I added washi tape as a border around the whole page, using its colors as my color palette for markers and other embellishments.

I guesstimated the amount of space needed for each verse and highlighted a couple in the circles.

I did this freestyle page years ago, but was thinking it would be great to have a template to help celebrate those getting baptized.

If you're focused on praying character traits over someone, the honeycomb template is a great way to encourage some on how to "bee."

Or you could create a page as a personal reminder for how you want to "bee" more Christ-like in your everyday actions. 💛

I did this particular template several years ago before I had a stash of bee stickers. You could have fun embellishing it with a honey/bee theme. 🐝
