Download the file, select size based on what BQ journal you have, then print out on a sheet of card stock. Trim to fit your 7 x 10 BQ journal or 8.5 x 11-size Monthly BQJ. Use a glue stick to attach to journal pages and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.
