Stuck on finding a word/phrase for your ABC page??
I have harvested most of my scriptures for my ABC Bible Quilt Journal through devotional readings or Bible studies. A word or phrase will impact me strongly and I'll jot it down on a post-it note for a particular letter in my journal.
Sometimes you may want to complete a certain letter and need to actively search for words/phrases the begin with that letter.
You can always consult the concordance in the back of your Bible, but that list may be limited.
We're blessed to have so many online resources available. You may have an online site you prefer, but a Bible Quilter from Ontario recently shared a site called knowing-jesus.com that has a ton of words/phrases that you can search for alphabetically. Look under the main menu tab for BIBLE, then choose from the drop-down menu for Words, Phrases, or Names.

Stuck on a verse with a "Q" word? The list had 114 references for "Q" words!
I might have branched out a little more rather than incorporating so many on "quiet" if I had broadened my search.
Maybe you're doing a whole page "A is for Abide?" You can use this resource to broaden into phrases such as "Abide in Him," or "Abide in My Love."
Names in the Bible - very helpful if you're doing a BQ page on the names of God.
For example, you can click on Jehovah-Jireh to find out its meaning (the Lord will provide) and references for it.
