Discernment
Definition of discernment:
1) the ability to judge well
2) obtaining spiritual direction and understanding
Discernment is about being open to direction, accepting guidance and following wise principles. The Lord provides us with His commandments as protocols to adhere to in our daily living.
Discernment is developing a WISE HEART and aligning ourselves with God's will for us. Praying for discernment is crucial for the big decisions we have in life yet also all of those micro decisions we make each day.
"Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me Your paths.
Guide me in Your Truth and teach me,
for You are God my Savior,
and my hope is in You all day long" Psalm 25:4-5
