We are all affected by COVID-19 in one way or another. As we support each other in our local communities, we may want to have specific prayer pages in our BQ journals for our leaders, schools, hospitals, and senior centers.
This Community Prayer Page was designed by my sis-in-law to provide us with a creative way to focus our minds and spirits toward our local community. Each of us has a circle of influence and a way we can support one another in our circle. As we do this our circles begin overlapping, which develops a buffer of support for our greater community and we can impact each other with kindness and practical help.
Download the pdf file and print out on a sheet of card stock. Cut to fit a 7 x 10 journal page. Use a glue stick to attach to journal pages and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.
You can decorate this page in your school colors or theme it for your city or state.
Kiddos can create pages for their various groups they're involved in. Maybe they're missing their teacher and classmates? You could coordinate an effort for all the kids in a class to make one for their teacher or a school personnel in particular need? Have a scout leader who's quarantined? Encourage their patrol to do a BQ page or a #noteofkindness for their leader.
Consider making a copy of your completed page to share around your town, community center, hospital, dentist, or doctor's office. Post it on social media to encourage others. #biblequiltwithlove
