Here's a quick overview of the process I did for my #mercy page:
I like using simple stencils to create a variety of shapes throughout my #biblequiltjournal. Stencils are a great way to highlight titles or theme verses.

Since the stickers have been in place for a while, I couldn't shade with colored pencil underneath. I opted to use a few colors to shade and soften the edges around the perimeter of the stenciled shape.
I began searching for verses and adding them to the page, using similar "stitch lines" as already printed in the journal to provide some continuity.

The Original Bible Quilt journal includes a set of tabs at the back for the Fruit of the Spirit.
This is a great place to get started and become familiar with the Bible Quilting process.
You may download a printable template from the shop to use as a title page preceding the Fruit of the Spirit section of your Bible Quilt.
