If you search for verses on KINDNESS, you'll see that many of them are tethered closely to love. Kindness is love in action!

I often start pages in my ABC Bible Quilt Journal by coloring the letter, then check to see if I have any add-ins that need more space so I can work around them with freehand verses.

"...knock and the door will be opened to you." Matthew 7:7

When I'm doing a freestyle page, I typically start on the upper lefthand corner then add one quilt square to the right or below my first block. Sometimes I'll break up the blockiness by incorporating a circle.

I used a simple stencil to add the circle, colored it in and added a "k" sticker" as a title.
