Download the pdf file and print on card stock of 130 lb or higher  You could  laminate these for increased durability if you'd like.
 
One option is to slip these covers into the front sleeves of 3-ring binders holding the Old & New Testament template sets in page protectors.
 
Another option would be to use a Happy Planner punch to develop a disc-bound journal that you build over time as you add BQ pages and study notes.
