Christmas Bible Quilt® Journal: Advent Week Three

We're zooming along in December and moving on to week 3 of our Advent series in our Christmas BQ journals.
On the facing blank page to this week's holly template, I glued on the printout of the sermon passage from the church bulletin, securing the edges with some holiday washi tape and a few poinsettia stickers.
As our pastor read the passage aloud in the morning service, I highlighted and underlined key phrases.
🎶 In the margin I jotted down some of the song titles from our worship time to help trigger these sensory memories.
I wrote notes and scripture references during the service, then tidied it up a bit when I got home.
I'm not feeling too much pressure to complete my journal during this season since I'm planning on tucking into it each Christmas til it's full.
