This Son of the King template can be used to gather up scripture to pray God's promises for our little boys, to claim strength & wisdom for young men undergoing current struggles, or to pray into our sons' future lives as godly men in their careers and relationships.

One of my sons is a senior this year and the pace has been relentless! It seems like there's a significant event every week, so recently I worked on a #biblequiltjournal page for him to help slow down to savor some of the special moments we're sharing and to focus my prayers over him in all the different activities he's involved in - - - that he continue to demonstrate the Godly characteristics blossoming in him.

Search out verses that correspond with these characteristics you are praying for your son to develop, then incorporate them onto a BQ page for him.

Here's another sample that a friend of mine did for her son. I love how she reinforced "my son" throughout the verses.
