Our Living Hope
Gathering together with other women for a day of fellowship and solid Biblical teaching is a wonderful way to fill up our spiritual tank, isn't it?
Typically before a conference, I print out a template and hole-punch it to insert into my disc-bound Bible study journal. (Sometimes I'll just take a couple BQ pages on a clipboard.)
Since "hope" was in the title of the conference, I selected the Hope balloon.
I adhered stickers which were provided in the welcome packet to capture the info about the conference. This helped illustrate and structure the pages.
I jotted down notes and verses during the teaching sessions. I colored in bits and pieces during transitions to our breakout sessions, and finished it off with a few stickers/washi tape strips when I got home.
Oops... I realize I never wrote the speaker's name anywhere, so I'll have to tuck that in somewhere. If you haven't heard Paula Miles speak, she's a lovely person with a relatable teaching style. Our small group did her Hosea book & video series a while back and really enjoyed it.
