Overcoming Negative Thoughts! little bit of washi, a few little stickers, light colorings & a whole lot of the WORD....take EVERY thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 2 Cor. 10:5..WOW sisters, thats some good info right there. jus sayin :)

I decided to go with a simple black & white design on my music page, as I was so into finding scripture to go with a few of my favorite songs. Of course we were singing some as we went. Lol ....love our BQJ group, near & far!

In our little BQJ group we recently took a deeper look at a couple of women in the Bible. I chose sisters, Mary & Martha. I learned more about Martha than I realized. You see she was a close friend to Jesus, so close that she opened her home to him. She also opened her heart, mind, mouth to him. She "talked" to him, she told him how she was really feeling! ;)

"H" is for humble, hope, heavens, house, heart, head, hallowed, harvest, hand, higher, hymn, honey, hallelujah, hug

"G" is for God, grace, gave, glorious, glorified, grain, gate, garden, grace, glad, grow, gift, go, good, gentle, gladness,gospel

"F" is for Fruit of the Spirit, Father, fight, foundation, feathers, friends, forever, forgive

My friend, Tracy, used a plastic quilting stencil. She did a great job!

"D" in my ABC Bible Quilt Journal D is for dwell, delight, delivered, dancing, devote, disciples, daughter, deliverer, draw, delivered, descended, dignity, dust, day, door, discerning, desires, dove, & deep, wow, did anyone else get into just that one word right there?! Deep!
