Many members of our Bible Quilting community are natural encouragers and have a love for sharing the Word as they pray over others.
Do you like to send a notes of encouragement to friends, family, or neighbors in need? I've got a new product that might help you #biblequiltwithlove and offer you a way to personalize cards with scripture!
BQ® Note Card: Lifting You Up in Prayer
In this season of spring emerging and hope bursting forth through new seedlings and sweet flower blossoms, I have a tendency to look up to see the trees budding and to lift up my eyes to find the birds chirping cheerily overhead.
I've always appreciated the majestic floating of hot air balloons as, seeming effortless as they glide across the sky. This imagery seemed to click with the frequently used phrase, "lifting you up in prayer" when we offer to pray for someone. To me it feels like we're trying to lighten their burdens, to support them in a time of need by adding our prayers of petition to theirs.
"To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul." Psalm 25:1 (NKJV)
"...give you His peace, the Lord lift up his countenance upon you...the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace..." Numbers 6:26
"I lift up my eyes to you...to you who sit enthroned in heaven. I lift my eyes..." Psalm 123:1
Sometimes it's helpful to have something tangible to reflect our intentional prayers for someone. This BQ Note Card provides you with another way to reach out to loved ones and offer your personalized encouragement to them through the Word.
Hope you have fun decorating these cards with scripture and washi tape, then sending them out to friends and loved ones!
You can add another scripture in the stitched heart on the back side, then write an encouraging message on the inside.
Both BQ note cards are designed to fit inside a standard 5 x 7 envelope when folded. See product listings for more details.
