Summarizing Podcasts
I often listen to podcasts while I'm out walking. Sometimes I'll want to remember the main points and jot down notes when I get back home. Occasionally these will turn into a full #biblequiltjournal page.

I'm part of a small women's group that listens to podcasts, then meets to discuss them together. I find that it's helpful to summarize these podcasts on a BQ page.

Reviewing these colorful notes before our accountability group meeting helps freshen my perspective and provides me with a tangible way to compare/contrast podcast topics.

As shown in the photos, these are freestyle pages that I've used my Happy Planner punch to add into my small group notebook. I'm simply using Avery tabs with titles printed from my label maker. Throughout the year as we cover a variety of topics, I can move the pages around to categorize them. For now I'm just inserting them in chronological order as we're discussing the materials. I hope this will become a robust resource for me to use as a reference many times in the future.

For sermon notes, I typically use my BQ Notes Journal. See this post for more ideas.
