Mother-daughter session with Katie's crew (private event)

This will be a casual Bible Quilt session at my house, gathering together to learn about the Bible Quilt journaling process. I'll share how I started this journaling technique in my own quiet time and offer you some ways to incorporate it into your own devotions.

Mother-daughter sessions are a beautiful way to connect in the Word, offering each other encouragement and opening the discussion about life verses, etc.  The common ground you have at Metro will add another special element to this gathering and we can talk about some tangible ways to reinforce each other's faith journey. (I've got several girls that have come to previous sessions and have their own Bible Quilts already, so it will be fun to connect with them to share & swap ideas!)

Each attendee will receive a Bible Quilt journal and a template (basically a quick start page that is already formatted for you to add verses to). You'll have access to crafty supplies to begin personalizing your BQ journal. Enter code DAUGHTER to get $5 off a pair of tickets.

What to bring: Bring your Bible and have some favorite scriptures in mind, so you'll be ready to start your first page. I have an in-home shop that you can browse for additional BQ supplies, so you might come prepared with a little "fun money."
