Download and print on card stock. Experiment with different colored card stock to provide your group with instant variety. I love to print my pages on 67-lb vellum bristol because it has such a nice finish for writing with my favorite Papermate Flair pens.
 
Cut to fit your original 7 x 10 BQ journal or trim slightly to put in your 8.5 x 11-size Monthly BQJ. Use a glue stick to attach to journal pages and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.
