This  "Getting a Grip on God's Word" template set was designed by our local BQ friend, MaryJo, when she was inspired by a devotional by Rick Warren.
 
One design is open, which allows you to choose your own verses and handwrite them in with your own embellishments. The other design has verses selected by MaryJo typed onto the page. You can add color to the background quilt squares, stitch lines, stickers, and washi tape to personalize it as you like.
 
The download includes a total of 4 pages, offering 2 designs in two sizes to accomodate whichever BQ journal size you have (7 x 10 or 8.5 x 11). Print out the selected template on a sheet of card stock and trim it down to fit the Bible Quilt journal page. Use a glue stick to attach it to the page and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.
