Download the template file and print out on card stock. Cut to fit a 7 x 10 BQJ page. Use a glue stick to attach it to the page and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired. Or you can slip the full sheet into a page protector to place into a 3-ring binder. Whatever works best for your journaling system!
