Hi from New Zealand. I'm originally from South Africa, but immigrated to New Zealand 22 years ago with my husband and 3 chn, who have since grown up and flown the nest. I recently signed up for the Explore God's Word conference and my very first talk I listened to was this one on Bible Quilting. I am a scrapbooker and a maker of junk journals, so it makes sense to use this method, which I am so excited to use, as a form of recording what I'm studying.
I’m from outside of Fort Wort, Texas, and I’ve lived here all my life. I’m 64, single (divorced, then widowed; no kids; 3 dogs. Dianna was a presenter at the Explore Conference and that’s where I was introduced to BQ. It stuck with me. I’ve never tried it but I’m anxious to get started!
Hi there, I live in Künzelsau, a city of about 9000 people, located between Heilbronn and Nürnberg (Southwest of Germany). We have moved here about 3 years ago and I am trying to find ways to connect with my neighbors. That's how I came across the Turquoise Table where I read a post about Bible Quilting. I like the idea of Bible Quilting, but have never tried it. I have just started to visit Bible Art Journaling Workshops in the city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber irregularly and I enjoy doing it. I have forworded the information about Bible Quilting to the Workshop leader and maybe we will give it a try one time. Looking Forward to new ideas :-)
