"TRUST in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and
He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6
This was one of my Mom's favorite verses and is a treasured one to me since we clung to it throughout her cancer journey.
As my son graduates from high school and prepares for college, this is one that we pray over him as well. There are many paths our children can take, so praying that they follow God's path is our heart's desire. ❤️
Stencils work great to add some circular shapes to your pages. Tip: If you don't have a stencil handy, simply trace around the bottom of a mug or cup. #usewhatyouhave

#TRUST
I played around with these cute tea tags from arabahjoy.com. I cut out a teacup shape from colorful card stock, glued around the edges and left it open at the top to slide in my TRUST tea tag. I hole-punched the top of the tag and threaded baker's twine, placing this embellishment at the edge of the page so that the added bulk from the twine doesn't keep journal from closing.
#TEACH
I'm incorporating some other textures from printouts and this #wordnerd set from Illustrated Faith. Once I had a couple verses going along this theme of teaching and training, I decided to do a whole page.
"Train a child in the way he should go,
and when he is old he will not turn from it."
Proverbs 22:6

To me, T is for time. This time we are going through and the admonitions that time is short. I was surprised at how many “Behold the days are coming” were in the Bible.
